I was very luck to have a personal tour with my guide, I’m so sorry I can’t recall his name. His knowledge was extremely good and his English was perfect, I got to ask everything I wanted to including current events. Really got a real sense of this fascinating city.

I had an incredible experience on the Sarajevo: Grand Walking Tour Through Time and Cultures with our guide, Denis,. From the very beginning, it was clear that Denis has a deep knowledge and passion for Sarajevo’s history, especially that he was born here. He gave us fascinating insights into how the city was established, how different religions and cultures coexisted, and how these influences shaped Sarajevo’s history—both in positive and challenging ways. We seen significant historical landmarks, heard captivating stories that brought the city’s past to life. Denis answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm, making the tour both educational and engaging. Since it was just the two participantson the tour, it felt like a private tour. If you want to truly understand Sarajevo beyond the surface, I highly recommend this tour. Denis is an outstanding guide, and this experience is a must for anyone visiting the city!
Loved how the guide talked us through the walk and explained so much of the history as well as the present situation. I got more of a sense of the culture in a warmth & friendly way. A must thing to do in this beautiful city!!
