The Buna River, a tributary of the Neretva in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is renowned for its remarkable karstic spring, Vrelo Bune, near the village of Blagaj. Buna river is best known for having exceptionally cold, clear water.

The Dragača River, located in the Fojnica region of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is the upper course of the Fojnička River. Originating from the northern and eastern slopes of Mount Vranica, it flows through the town of Fojnica, where it is known as the Dragača. After merging with the Željeznica River near Fojnica, it continues its course as the Fojnička River. The fly fishing section of the river is in the city so it gives the anglers a bit of on urban environment to their fishing experience. Thanks to being located in the city it is quite well protected by locals and delivers a chance for anglers to catch some really big Rainbows.

The Vrbas River, stretching approximately 250 kilometers through western Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a significant river in Bosnia. The river originates beneath the Zec Mountain and flows northward, passing through towns such as Gornji Vakuf, Bugojno, Jajce, and Banja Luka. The river has multiple areas with various fishing possibilities however a section in Gornji Vakuf offers exceptional grayling fishing.

The prime fishing season can be found at different times of year depending on the species targeted. However this fly fishing area is open all year for fly fishing which is not that common in Bosnia.
The Lašva River, approximately 56.6 kilometers in length, is a significant left-bank tributary of the Bosna River in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. Urbanization and industralization has left the river scarred however despite this thourgh local efforts trout has managed to survive. The river is not as pictueresque and clear as some others around the country but has a very good population of some very big Brown Trouts. If you wish to break your PB Brown this just might be te place for you!
